SPIRITWEAR Labs (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides custom-designed apparel and related products to schools, clubs, and organizations. These Terms govern your use of our website and all purchases made through SPIRITWEAR Labs.

By visiting our site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Custom Products

Most items sold by SPIRITWEAR Labs are custom-made based on the designs, colours, logos, and preferences selected or approved by the customer or their organization.

Because of this, all sales are final.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • All orders must be paid in full at checkout unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Prices are shown in [insert currency] and may change without notice.

  • Orders are only processed after payment is received and design approval is confirmed (if applicable).

  • Bulk orders placed through schools or organizations may have separate billing or approval agreements.

4. Design Approvals

For custom apparel, you may receive a digital preview or mockup before production.
By approving a design, you confirm that:

  • The design is accurate

  • Spelling and colours are correct

  • Logos or artwork are authorized for use

SPIRITWEAR Labs is not responsible for errors approved by the customer or school.

5. Production & Shipping

  • Production timelines vary depending on order size and customization.

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • SPIRITWEAR Labs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or factors outside our control.

  • Any shipping damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

6. Exchanges & Adjustments

Because products are custom-made, exchanges are only offered at the discretion of SPIRITWEAR Labs.
We may approve exchanges in cases such as:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Wrong product shipped

  • Major printing errors caused by us

Sizing issues and preference changes are not eligible for exchange unless we choose to make an exception.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the SPIRITWEAR Labs website—including logos, text, graphics, photos, and designs—is the property of SPIRITWEAR Labs unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for having the rights or permission to use any logos or artwork they submit.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use our site for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to disrupt or damage the site

  • Copy, resell, or exploit any part of our service without permission

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPIRITWEAR Labs is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Losses caused by shipping delays

  • Customer-approved design errors

  • Unauthorized use of artwork provided by the customer or organization

Our maximum liability will never exceed the value of the order.
