At SPIRITWEAR Labs, every item we produce is custom-made specifically for your school, club, or organization. Because of this, we operate under the following strict but transparent policies:


1. All Sales Are Final

Since all products are custom-designed and made to order, we do not offer refunds or returns for any reason related to:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Preference changes

  • Ordering mistakes

  • Delays caused by third-party shipping carriers

Please confirm your design details, sizes, and options before submitting your order.


2. Exchanges (Seller Discretion Only)

Exchanges may be granted solely at the discretion of SPIRITWEAR Labs.

We may approve an exchange in limited cases such as:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Printing issues caused by us

  • Receiving the wrong item or wrong customization

To request an exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photos of the issue.

Approval is not guaranteed.


3. Manufacturing Defects

In the rare event of a manufacturing error, we will:

  • Inspect the issue

  • Confirm the defect

  • Decide whether to replace the item, repair it, or offer another appropriate solution

We reserve the right to determine what qualifies as a manufacturing defect.


4. Shipping Issues

SPIRITWEAR Labs is not responsible for:

  • Items lost or delayed by the shipping carrier

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If a package is lost, we will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier.


5. Bulk Orders and School Orders

Bulk orders placed by schools, teachers, or clubs are subject to the same no-refund policy.
Organizations are responsible for verifying:

  • Designs

  • Sizes

  • Logos

  • Quantities

before approval.
